Add History/Note items directly from the field; submit maintenance tickets; accept and apply payments via credit card, ACH, cash, or ePay; and so much more. You can also utilize the voice-to-text capabilities of your smart phone to take notes.

When you enter usage data for each meter, the app displays previous readings, allowing you to easily spot irregularities.
New! Take advantage of Rent Manager’s extensive Violations feature while working at your properties. Easily add new violations to a tenant’s account, along with supporting photos and notes directly from the app. You can also access existing violations, escalate them as needed, and calculate the associated charges.
Technicians can quickly document all maintenance work completed on-site via their device and automatically make the appropriate updates to your RM12 database. Create parts/labor records for items that need to be charged back to the tenant or take pictures to document work completed.
Creating and receiving text messages to and from your clients using the app is intuitive.
